Miss Lilly Amundsen

is a Home Economics teacher at Concordia College. With the display of this department in connection with the manual training department which has been projected in such a distinguished manner as a result of teaching, that it has obviously been led with much capability and energy. She was born in The Suelt, South Dakota and received her education and "training" with the Stout Institute in Mennonomie, Wisconsin. Two years later she took "Post Graduate Work. Since then she has been a teacher at Columbia College, Everett in Washington and at Concordia College, where she has a large work area and can affect good results from her work there. The departments of "Home Economic" and the Manual Training Department can and will work "Hand in Hand" and are capable of the best results which will therefore effect the Northwestern homes and will very shortly manifest itself - to honor Concordia and to contribute to their homes, which gets good educational results in a better and pleasant home.
