Peder A. Bjorlie

Pekin, North Dakota

is a farmer. He was born in Freeborn County Minnesota on February 18, 1880 of Norwegian parents who were both from Gudbrandsdalen. His father, Amund Bjorlie, took a homestead in Bergen Township, and now is in Devils Lake. His mother Kari Dalen is dead. He worked in Norway from the time he was 5 years old to 18 years old at Lesjeskogen. He has been there two times in 1902 and 1909.
