O. C. Lindvig and C. H. Losness

Fargo, North Dakota

are the proprietors of "Viking Hotel". They are both from Gudbrandsdoler. Lindvig was born in Skiaker in 1868 and emigrated to America in 1888. Losness was born in 1871 in Ringebu and emigrated to America in 1893. Together they began the "Viking Hotel" in 1904 and in 1910 moved into the new Viking, which become the headquarters for the Northwestern people. The Norwegian people can enjoy a steady increase in population, because of people like them who can arrange to get what they want. Both Lindvig and Losness have been presidents of the Sons of Norway regional society "Kringen" and taken part and have interest in all Norwegian work. In Norwegian Associations, meetings and undertakings, where afterwards they ask for voluntary contributions and at the Norwegian interests meetings you can always have benevolent fothcoming for the two popular Gudbrandsdolers of the "Viking Hotel,
