Finley, North Dakota
is a retired farmer. He was born in Troland in Sunds Parish district on November 15, 1848 and emigrated to America in 1888 to Hatton, North Dakota and has been a farmer in this area since. He has recently sold his homestead farm and now lives in Finley, North Dakota.
His wife, Britha Stenvik, is from same Parish district. They have six children. His son, A. C. Michelsen, is working at the S. J. Petersons store in Finley, North Dakota.
