H. A. Pedersen

Litchville, North Dakota

is a worker at the telephone company. He is a "Birchman", as he calls himself. He was born in Grong at Gaarden Sem on June 6, 1856 and emigrated to America in 1877 to Fillmore County Minnesota. He came to North Dakota in 1881, and had a farm in Lucca, North Dakota. He came to Litchville, North Dakota in 1910.

His wife, Anna Andersen Fosland, is also from Grong. One of their sons is a professor in Minot, North Dakota.
