Cooperstown, North Dakota
has been the State Attorney in Griggs County for 16 years. He was born in Tufte, near Gudvangen on August 23, 1861 and emigrated to America to Albert Lea, Minnesota in 1887. He was a student at Kristiania University in 1885 and graduated from Minnesota University Law Department in 1895.
His wife, Clara Feiriing, was born in America of Norwegian parents. She has been superintendent of Schools in Griggs County for six years. They have one son Oswald.
