The Griggs County Historical Society was organized in 1960.
The first building was erected in 1970.

The annual family membership cost is $12.00 per year. This entitles all members of your family to visit the museum free of charge anytime we are open.
The annual individual membership is $8.00 per year
The admission charge without the annual membership is $5.00 for adults for each visit and $2.00 for students for each visit.
Children under 5 are admitted free.
Donations We are a registered tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, so all of your contributions are tax exempt. If you have historical artifacts or documents, we would be glad to look at them and add them to our collections if possible.
Volunteer The museum does not have any paid staff. We are completely dependent on volunteers for all aspects of the operation of the museum.
