Cooperstown, North Dakota
is the superintendent of schools. He was born in America of Norwegian parents in Montevideo, Minnesota. His father, Pastor Eriksen, was from Nordhending and his mother, Severine O. Krug, was also from Nordland. She worked mostly in Chipewa County, Minnesota and died there three years ago.
He graduated from St. Olavs College and has taken post graduate courses at Minnesota University. He has been in Cooperstown since 1915, where he teaches Norwegian at the High School with Cleonora Kleven, the daughter of deceased Pastor Kleven of Minneota, Minnesota.
