Kloten, North Dakota

He was born in America of Norwegian parents in Minneapolis, Minnesota on November 12, 1880. His parents Nils and Ingeborg Evenson were from Selbu. He received his education at Willmar Seminar. He came to Kloten, North Dakota in 1907 and has lived there since. He went out and proved up a homestead in Adams County North Dakota and has since been with the bank.
His wife, Eli K. Kjorvestad, is the daughter of Knut Kjorvestad, who has a farm near Kloten, North Dakota. They have two sons: Norris and Vernon.
