Granli Forks, North Dakota
is a person from Hedemarking, from Vang. He was born on August 26, 1865. He moved to America and began as a smith in Hillsboro. He moved to Grand Forks in 1888, where he operated his own business until 1905. He was on the city Council for ten years and in 1906 he was the city treasurer. He sold out and went on a trip to Norway in 1912 with his wife. He came to Sharon 1913 and was treasurer of the Citizens State Bank until he sold his interests in 1916.
His wife, Petrikke Jenssen, is a person from Nordhending from Ofoten. They have two children.
