is a tailor. He was born in Laerdal on July 1, 1880 and emigrated to America in 1903 to Kenyon, Minnesota was there a couple of years. He moved to Grand Forks, North Dakota and then to Rugby, North Dakota and has now been in Portland, North Dakota since 1911.
His wife, Alida Olsen, is from Bergen. They have one son Karl.
