Pekin, North Dakota
is a saddle maker. He was born in Ibestad on January 10, 1854 and emigrated to America in 1880 to Webster, Iowa, where he lived as a farmer until 1906. He came to Pekin, North Dakota in 1907 and has since operated as a Saddle maker. In Norway he was a seaman.
His wife, Marie H. Andersen, is from Ofoten. They have seven children.
