Cooperstown, North Dakota
is a a carpenter and mason. He was born in Hero, Helgeland on April 11, 1879 and emigrated to America in 1898 to Hillsboro, North Dakota and lived there for five years. He had the restaurant called the "North Star". He moved to Lake Park, Minnesota and was there for three years. He came to Cooperstown, North Dakota in 1906 and has lived there since.
His wife, Hilde Sorvig, is the daughter of Ole Sorvig of Cooperstown, North Dakota.
