Cooperstown, North Dakota
is the elevator manager. He was born in Foslandsosen, northern Trondhjems District on August 2, 1883 and emigrated to America in 1902 to Binford, North Dakota. He lived there for two years, then in Shepperd, North Dakota for two years, then in Jessie, North Dakota for seven years and then he came to Cooperstown, North Dakota in 1915. He has been an elevator manager most of the time.
His wife, Airies Wied, was born in America of German Parents of French Ancestry. They have one daughter Evelyn and one son Rolf.
He is a beloved and very interesting Norwegian.
