He has a large farm twelve miles northwest of Litchville. He is a prosperous man who has interests in several businesses in Litchville, North Dakota. In Sortland's business you can find a man now called George P. Sarsten who is the son of pioneer priest Salamon Sarsten, who died in Valley city a couple of years ago. He had been a priest here in this area for over 20 years.
