Fargo, North Dakota
was born in Trempelau County, Wisconsin in 1865. His father, Peder Tennesen, was from Flekkefjord and his mother, Dorthea Bjoka, was from Ringerike. The came to America in 1840 to Vernon County Wisconsin. His father is dead, but his mother, who is 89 years old, lives close to Milnor, North Dakota.
He came to Fargo in 1896 and has been an attornery here since that time.
His wife, Hilda Kiellander, is from Kragero. They have two boys and one daughter and have a very fine home in Fargo. Tenneson have placed much Norwegian interests for Days. He was on the committee for Bjornson memorial stones and for Wergelands monument. He has participated with interest in Norwegian Associations and Reunions.
