Moorhead, Minnesota
was born in Nissedal on November 24, 1886 and emigrated to America in 1906 to Moorhead and has lived there since. He works for the J. C. Weeks grocery store.
His wife, Johanne Muus, is from Toten. They have one son, Christian. Vik has been president of the Scandinavian Workers Union "Solstraalen" and has worked much for this associations well-being. He is as beloved and interesting a Norwegian as his brother Paul Vik, who is the manager of St. Luke's Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.
